An elegant cut of meat. Lean, tender and full of flavour. French trimmed with the option of either 4 ribs, 6 ribs or 8 ribs.

Cooking Instructions: Season to taste, oven cook at 200C for 20-30 mins for medium and an extra 5-10 mins longer if you prefer well done. Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and leave to rest for another 10mins. This allows the juices to infuse the meat with their flavour.

We can deliver next day on orders placed by 1pm the day before.

If a product is unavailable we will subsitute it for something similar or if you prefer we can refund or issue a credit for it.
